2026 marks my second year competing. Found out how to practice and sign up for events during “the woodland games” 2020 during COVID. Got my hands on some implements and started practicing. My favorite event hands down is the Hammer throw. This sport has introduced to so many great people and experiences. When I’m not at my local park I practice with East Bay Throwing club out of San Ramon with Jake Larson and his wife Heather Paddock. Great folks, great community, great times. I’m also a personal trainer with my own graphic shirt company Candy Coated Beast.
