Athletes from all over the SF Bay Area and beyond are welcome to join us! During the season we try to host 1-3 weekend practices (as many as we can around our competitions and our regular life, haha). We tend to host practices in San Ramon, CA and regularly have athletes from the Central Valley, the City and more join us! We are always excited to teach new people and welcome them into this crazy sport.
