Hello folks. I'm Aus and I just got into the sport recently. I'm currently training with the seaside throwers out of Ventura County and I found the sport thanks to my best friend who competes in strongman and trains at Odd Haugen's Training Hall where I now train with him! I'm looking forwards to competing and this has been such a fun sport to get into!
