Newbie here looking to give athletics a shot

Hi all, I'm Heather and I'm looking to give all this a shot and hopefully compete next year. I understand there's a practice up in Felicita Park on Sunday mornings. Is there anything I should bring?
Francis CullenHello there Heather! We do practice every Sunday morning at ~930 at Felicita Park. When pulling in, there's a field directly to the right. Park in any parking spot and then walk around.
We have all of the implements for most classes and would love to have you. You don't need to bring anything besides perhaps sunscreen, water and, snacks.
