President:
"The President shall preside at all meetings of the Board and shall have power to call special meetings of the Board for any purpose. The President may hire, appoint and discharge, subject to the approval of the Board, employees and agents of the Association and fix their compensation. The President may make and sign deeds, leases contracts and agreements in the name and on behalf of the Association and shall have the power to carry into effect all directions of the Board. The President shall appoint any special committees and shall be an ex officio member of all committees of the Association. The President shall exercise general supervision of the business of the Association, except as may be limited by the Board, the Articles of Incorporation of the SAAA Bylaws."

Vice President:
"The Vice-president shall exercise all functions of the President during the absence or incapacity of the president and such other duties as may be assigned from time to time by the Board."

Secretary:
"The Secretary shall be the ex officio clerk of the Board. The Secretary shall manage the daily administrative responsibilities of the Association, including but without limitation"

Treasurer:
"The treasurer shall manage the financial affairs of the Association, The Treasurer shall oversee the collection and expenditures of all funds on behalf of the Association"
